ERP Implementation

An ERP your team actually uses — live company by company

We implement Odoo across your entities as a working system, not a configuration exercise. Each company goes live on its own schedule, with real users signing off before we move to the next.

You probably need this if…

  • You're running the business on spreadsheets, a legacy product, or several disconnected systems.
  • A previous ERP rollout stalled, or went live and never got adopted.
  • You have multiple legal entities that need one system but different processes.
  • Your current vendor controls your hosting, your data, or your release schedule.
  • Finance closes the month late because the numbers live in three places.
ERP Implementation

What's in scope

Discovery and design

Process mapping with department heads, fit-gap analysis against standard Odoo modules, chart-of-accounts and multi-company structure design, and an explicit “configure vs customise vs leave out” decision for every requirement.

Core modules

Accounting and finance, purchasing and RFQ approvals, inventory and warehouse, sales and CRM, HR and payroll, projects, helpdesk, and point of sale — configured to your process rather than the demo data.

Custom development

Modules for the parts of your business that standard Odoo doesn't model. Built as proper Odoo modules with upgrade paths, not Studio patches that break on the next version.

Reports and documents

Invoices, purchase orders, statements, payslips and management reports in your own layout and language.

Data and cutover

Master data cleaning and load, opening balances, historical data decisions, UAT with your users, and a per-company go-live with rollback available.

Training and handover

Role-based sessions, short quick-guides, and a documented system your own IT team can maintain.

Method

How we approach it

  1. 1

    Discovery

Process mapping, fit-gap, and a wave plan that sequences companies and modules by risk.

  2. 2

    Foundation

Environments, CI/CD pipelines, security model, chart of accounts, and the multi-company structure.

  3. 3

    Wave build

One company or one functional area at a time, configured and demoed to real users every two weeks.

  4. 4

    UAT and go-live

User acceptance per wave, signed off by named owners, then a controlled switchover.

  5. 5

    Stabilisation

Hypercare, backlog burn-down, and handover to run.

What you keep

Yours at the end of the engagement

  • A production Odoo system
  • Environment and deployment pipelines in your own repository
  • Configuration documentation
  • A data dictionary
  • User guides per role
  • A prioritised backlog of what was deferred and why

FAQ

Common questions

Odoo Community or Enterprise?

We'll tell you which one your requirements actually need, and what the licence difference costs over five years. Community is often enough; when it isn't, we say so before you commit.

How long does an implementation take?

A single-entity rollout of core finance and operations typically runs three to five months. Multi-entity groups run longer because we go live company by company rather than all at once.

Do we have to change our processes?

Some, yes — and that's usually the point. Discovery separates the processes that are genuine business requirements from the ones that are habits inherited from an old system.

What happens after go-live?

Most clients move onto a lighter monthly arrangement for enhancements, or onto Managed Platform Operations for running the system. Same team either way.
